All of our products come with a standard 60-day warranty. This covers any factory defects or any defective unit within 60 days. The unit will be replaced no questions asked with shipping covered both ways. We love our customers and will always try to accommodate the best we can.

We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction on all Ju1ceBox products. We would like to inform all of our customers that our shipping department is closed on Sundays and holidays. Any inquiries over the weekend regarding shipping will be answered at the beginning of the week.

 1. All orders placed through this web site must be shipped to the shipping address provided in your invoice.

 2. We DO NOT allow will call or pick up of items for online purchases due to security reasons.

3. Multiple orders cannot be combined.

 4. No sales or shipping to Countries, States, Provinces, Counties or Cities where items are prohibited.

 5. No sales or shipping to minors, or to adults intending to distribute or resell items to minors.

 6. All customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws which they reside in.

 We strive to offer all of our customers the most reliable options for shipping.

 

TIME FRAME

All orders will be packaged within 1 to 2 business days from the date you place your order and will be picked up by USPS or UPS the following business day, regardless of the shipping option you choose. UPS and USPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. Weather and other conditions can affect delivery times

Domestic orders can take 1 to 15 business days to reach their intended destination and can be delayed due to weather or other factors that we, CANNOT control. Time frames specified are only estimates from the shipping couriers and are not guaranteed. 

Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item. However, we will try our best to assist all of our customers in locating their package if it is ever lost during transit.  It is up to the customer to be aware of their laws regarding ordering heat presses and any other restrictions regarding other related products. Every order placed on TheJu1ceBox.com comes with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. Manufacture defects must be claimed 60 days after purchase. We do not offer refunds for any items that have rosin or any residue. We do not accept returns for any used smoking accessories.

We require all orders to be shipped back with a Ju1ceBox issued return label. This allows us to ensure everything labeled correctly for shipping and we can track the package. Once we receive the returned items we will issue a refund. Up to a 15% restocking fee can be deducted for the condition of the return or missing items.

Once your return has been delivered we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. Sometimes it can take 3-5 days for the transaction to reverse and appear back in your account.
